If the same person repeatedly refuses or fails to collect cash-on-delivery parcels, we reserve the right to refuse future cash-on-delivery orders and require advance payment instead.

You are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are correct before placing your order.

- courier office, if selected;
- city and postal code;
- any other required delivery details.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returned parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you.
If a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect delivery details, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we may cancel the order or contact you to arrange a new delivery.
9. Failed Delivery or Uncollected Parcels
If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they may contact you using the phone number or details provided at checkout.
If you do not collect your parcel within the courier’s storage period or refuse delivery without a valid reason, the parcel may be returned.
In such cases, we may cancel the order. For repeated failed or refused cash-on-delivery orders from the same person, we may refuse future cash-on-delivery orders.
10. Delivery Risk
For consumer orders, risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person designated by you.
We remain responsible for delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
For business purchases, delivery risk may be handled according to the specific agreement between us, these policies, and applicable law.
11. Damaged, Broken, Wrong, or Missing Products

This does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
